It would be so easy to BACKSLIDE!

Backsliding is something I thought about today.  I went to bed a 2:00 a.m. and got up 5 hourse later.  I had read an article that anything less than 5 hours should not be considered a good nights sleep.  Sleep restores our body.  

In any case, I  did not feel refreshed and I would like to sleep right now.
